4. Other business contacts

If you work for an organisation that we do business with or receive services from, we will process your name, details about your employer, your job title and contact details. We obtain this information either from you, from your employer or from publicly available sources such as your organisation's website. We will use this information on the basis of legitimate interests in managing our business relationships. We will keep this information for 24 months since our last contact with you.

5. Visitors to our offices

If you visit our offices, we will use information relating to you that you give us or we otherwise obtain when you visit us (for example, if you sign in or are recorded on CCTV while visiting us, or you give us the registration details of your vehicle).
