Electrical Components International (“ECI”) designs and manufactures electrical distribution systems, wire harnesses, control box assemblies and other engineered electrical components for a broad range of industrial and commercial applications. ECI operates a global manufacturing footprint and works closely with customers to provide integrated solutions for complex electrical systems.
MW Components is a manufacturer of engineered metal components, operating through 3 businesses: Fasteners, Springs and Precision Components. The business operates a US manufacturing footprint and supplies bespoke components used in mission‑critical applications across a range of industrial end markets.
