Sustainability

Operational improvement, underpinned by responsible stewardship

Rosebank’s approach to sustainability is designed to support long term value creation as we acquire and improve industrial and manufacturing businesses.

Since our first acquisition in August 2025, we have built a framework of Board approved environmental and social policies and are developing internal systems to strengthen sustainability data collection and reporting across the Group.

Rosebank has prepared a TCFD report and SECR disclosures which can be found in the Sustainability Review.

Environment

We have established strong environmental governance supported by our Group Environmental Policy, helping our businesses deliver commercial and environmental goals and identify effective solutions to protect the environment.

We set expectations across our supply chain through our Supply Chain Code of Conduct, including responsible sourcing procedures for 3TG minerals where applicable.

People

We focus on supporting wellbeing and development across our people and communities, underpinned by our Code of Ethics and policies including Whistleblowing, Human Rights and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion.

We take a zero tolerance approach to human rights abuse and modern slavery and work with our businesses to implement effective systems and controls across operations and supply chains.

Governance

We maintain high standards of ethical conduct, with a zero tolerance approach to bribery, corruption and illegal practices.

Our Code of Ethics applies to all employees and sets minimum standards for each businesses, supported by a broader suite of Board approved policies.
