Focused on long‑term value creation

Rosebank Industries deploys its ‘Buy, Improve, Sell’ strategy through disciplined acquisitions of industrial manufacturing companies, driving meaningful improvement, and choosing the right time to sell. The aim is to promote the long term success of the company for the benefit of shareholders and stakeholders.

We are clear about our purpose and how we create value

We focus on what we know best – the industrial manufacturing industry, detailed analysis, operational improvement, restructuring, and strong oversight. We believe in a lean operating model, high productivity and sustainable business practices, and we apply these principles consistently across the business.

We have established a strong operating platform

We have built a strong Rosebank head office, and established workplace policies and practices across the business. This will help to ensure consistent standards as we continue to develop and build on our group of companies.

Disciplined acquisitions, and choosing the right time to sell

The Rosebank team has decades of experience buying and selling multiple businesses in the industrial manufacturing industry, and a strong framework for analysing and assessing potential acquisitions.

We aim to double shareholders investment in 3-5 years, aligned with operational improvement timelines and choosing the right time to sell.

Driving meaningful improvement

The Rosebank team also has decades of operational experience and a proven track record of driving meaningful improvement in businesses, with a focus on profitability and cash generation.

Throughout an investment lifecycle, the Rosebank team maintains regular communication with management teams.

We are aligned with shareholders and focused on long‑term returns

For each investment, Rosebank aims to double shareholders money in 3-5 years. The Rosebank team are also substantial equity investors, and ultimately the aim is to promote the long term success of Rosebank for the benefit of shareholders and other stakeholders.

We operate with strong governance and clear accountability

Our Board provides oversight of strategy, risk and performance, and delegates specific responsibilities to three key committees: Audit, Remuneration and Nomination. Each committee operates under formal terms of reference that are reviewed regularly.

Day to day leadership and strategic management are delegated to our senior executive team, with regular reporting and discussion at Board level.
