Rachel Addison

Rachel is a chartered accountant of over 30 years with experience in finance and operational management.

Rachel has held executive board level and senior management roles throughout her career including Chief Financial Officer at both Future plc and TI Media Limited, Managing Director at Reach Regionals and holding both Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer roles at Local World Limited and Northcliffe Media Limited.

Rachel has significant public company experience, currently holding Non-executive Director and Audit Committee Chair positions at Watkin Jones plc and Tapir Holdings Limited, Audit Committee Chair and Senior Independent Director positions at Hollywood Bowl Group plc and Senior Independent Director and Remuneration Committee Chair positions at Gamma Communications plc. She also serves as Audit Committee Chair and Senior Independent Director at the Wates Group Limited.

Rachel serves as Chair of Rosebank’s Audit Committee.
