Tegan Creedy

Tegan joined Rosebank as General Counsel in 2025. Tegan has significant experience in corporate acquisitions and disposals, restructuring and general corporate advisory matters.

Prior to joining Rosebank, Tegan was an associate at Simpson, Thacher and Bartlett LLP, where she advised on complex cross border public and private transactions for corporate clients and private equity sponsors. Tegan started her career at Latham & Watkins LLP and holds a first-class Law degree from King’s College London.
